Once you reserve and pay your deposit for your party, our party coordinator will be in contact with you to pick the projects you wish to offer your guests.  Then, you will receive a custom link to your workshop that you can send via email to guests. Everyone in the studio must have a reserved seat.

Private Party Minimum-

DAYTIME M-F 6 Guests
SUN-THURS-8 Guests
FRIDAY & SATURDAY-10 Guests  

OFFSITE PARTIES (Subject to availability) MINIMIUM 25 Guests

Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your party if the party minimums have been met.  

You and your guests are welcome to bring food and drinks into the studio for your enjoyment during your workshop!

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at hammerandstainlakecity@gmail.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
